Trail details below:
Here ye, hear me!
Calling all poor, unsuspecting hashers!
Nature Immersion is back, with a vengeance!
Your hares:
Help Get It Up, Dibs on the Hobo, and the legendary Bermuda Triangle have been hard at work putting together a shigtastrophe for the ages.
Should you choose to immerse yourself, you can expect: snakes, ticks, mosquitoes; poison ivy; nettles; Balls, on the Rocks; mud. Sloppy, shoe sucking, mud; trains; like, a teensie, weensie, tiny, bit of pavement; a family of raccoons; a delightful beach; hills; dark and wet tunnels; water crossings, “was that a bobcat?” and probably beer.
Your feet will get wet. A lot. Repeatedly. And then they’ll get wet again.
Bring: gifts for the hares, bugspray, machete (never know when you’ll need to slay a Hobo), dry shoes, dry clothes, that whistle you never blow, vessel, waterproof camera.
Shiggy level: 4.69 if you take the eagle, 4 for the turkey.
This trail is not for the faint of heart, and there really aren’t any easy ways out.
You’ve been warned.
P.S. Porkless: is your tetanus shot up to date?
This is also the analversary of 35 years of hashing in Dayton. Food and beverages will be at the On After to celebrate.
Please register at HashRego – https://hashrego.com/ to help us prepare for the trail and On After.
